Transportation Within Vancouver

UPDATES FORTHCOMING

The conference will be held at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Vancouver, 842 Cambie Street. This is in the scenic Yaletown district of the city, in the heart of the downtown core. All areas of the downtown are walkable from this central location.

International travellers may prefer to fly to the Seattle International Airport and take Greyhound to Vancouver, depending on connecting flights to Vancouver. The Pacific Terminal in Vancouver is one SkyTrain station from the conference site.

From the Vancouver International Airport (YVR), taxis or trains to the downtown are convenient. The SkyTrain (subway) is both inexpensive and fast. The Yaletown-Roundhouse station is a short (5 minute) walk to the conference site and all hotels.

From Yaletown, False Creek Ferries provide a water taxi service to Granville Island, Science World, the Maritime Museum, and many other tourist attractions around the south shore of the Downtown core.
